Brand New Boat Slips available for late 2025 Season. Taking reservations for 2026. Be among the select few boats to be docked at the old Gator Point Marina Location on our brand new slips. Located on the Sevierville side of the main channel just across from Party Cove and the Big Islands (between Point 2 and 3). Property is gated and the rates are reasonable.
