This place was precisely what we were hoping for. Beautiful, quiet lake, perfect location literally right on the water. It was perfect for us and we can’t wait to come back! Absolutely what we needed and absolutely exceeded my expectations. Not a negative just something to note if bringing a boat - it would be hard to put the boat in the water without two people. Parking for the truck and trailer is a good ways from the boat ramp so you’d have a bit of a walk to get back to the dock at ramp.- Hannah

I have rented several lake houses with Smoky Mountain Lake directly on Douglas Lake - and have enjoyed every one. We loved this cute little cabin. Sweet William is a small cute cabin with a beautiful view of Douglas Lake. We have 1 thing to complain about is the bathroom is very small. If you were a heavier set person the shower might be hard to use. Other than the restroom being small I would definitely rent this unit again.- Google review from Pam G.

We love these cabins! We have been coming here for over 12 years and have never been disappointed. The cabins are always clean and makes us feel right at home. The views and lake are awesome. The owners are so pleasant to work with. You wont be disappointed if you stay at these cabins. We just returned and already cant wait to get back next summer if possible. We come every year. We had a wonderful stay at Trillium. The booking process was great… Lynda was the best agent I’ve ever dealt with to book a vacation home. We loved the location on the lake as we brought our own pontoon and the water was very deep. We loved the covered deck where we could sit, drink coffee and look at the water. The cabin was spacious and clean with plenty of hot water. We cooked many meals and just had a wonderful time. The hosts were very gracious to us in every way. We spent Labor Day Week 2020 at the Clover cabin and had a wonderful time! The cabin was clean and in good order. The kitchen is well stocked. It has the best view of the main channel from the deck! Our inlet was very deep with beautiful water. A peaceful, rustic location. About 15 minutes from groceries and gas. We swam almost everyday and did some fishing from our dock. There is a family of otters nearby and that was fun to watch. Lynda was awesome to work with and made the process very easy. Great cabin with fantastic lake views. Lynda was great in helping us find Clover, and the cabin was the cleanest we have stayed in. The lake access was perfect, and the water was wonderful. We played in the lake and swam every day. The kitchen was well equipped to cook all our meals. It was a great experience all the way around--from booking to arrival to our seven days in Clover. Hi, I'm Joe the Founder of RentTennesseeCabins.com, and I just spent 5 amazing days at the Lazy Lake Chalet reconnecting & bass fishing with my brother from Florida. The only time we left the Cabin & Lake was to play a round of golf at Patriot Hills Golf Course - a fun and affordable course nearby :) The Smoky Mountain Lake Rentals team did an amazing job and made the book direct process easy. The tram down to the lake was convenient, and the large dock was ideal for my 18' fishing boat. We fished hard and caught lots of largemouth and smallmouth bass, plus a nice walleye. They really think of everything here. The cabins are always meticulously clean with plenty of linens and towels; and the kitchen is always stocked with everything you need to prepare your meals for the week. We booked these two homes for a family vacation and it was lovely. We had a wonderful time reconnecting with everyone, got gorgeous photos, and loved the relaxing atmosphere. The owners were so gracious. They let our party use their dock and pavilion and even gave us fresh cucumbers out of their garden! We were close enough to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge to conquer Splash Country and Anakeesta, but there was really no need to leave the lake. There were breathtaking views from both houses. One (Next to Heaven) has a large deck with elevated views of the lake while the other (7th Heaven) has a wraparound porch offering stunning lakeside views as well as the mountains beyond.
