Completely redecorated in 2007, this home sleeps 11 or 12 (with
children). There are 2 master suite bedrooms and a sleeping loft
with 3 full baths. Large master suite has a king size iron and wood
4 poster bed with 10 pillows, tray ceilings with built in vanity,
walk in closet and full bath. Private TV with cable and deck
access. This bedroom is so comfortable, you may not want to leave!
The queen master bedroom has a 4 poster iron and wood bed with
American Drew furnishings. There is a full bath, walk in closet and
private TV with cable. Decorated in Smoky Mountain style with a
theme that showcases the area of the National Park known as
Cataloochee. Area information and pictures may just lead you to
this wonderful settlement that reminds most of a smaller version of
Cades Cove.
The large cathedral living area in rich taupes and sage colors, has
a full kitchen and dining area with TV and gas fireplace. Every
appliance is available in the kitchen. There is queen sleeper sofa
in living area. A large bar with seating is great for entertaining.
Smoky Mountain decor throughout this area makes you long to visit
the scenic mountains that surround this home.
There are three levels at Pretty Place. There is a sleeping lost
off of the living room that will sleep 1 small adult or 2 children.
This loft is great for the young or young at heart.
Downstairs you will find a huge game room with full size pool
table, foosball table, dart board, TV and 2 full futons to sleep 4
more guests. There is even a soap stone gas fireplace for cozy
evenings. This level has a full bath as well.
An outdoor Hot Tub on 100 feet of deck with chairs and table to
enjoy the large wooded lot and ridge views that twinkle every
evening or offers beautiful sunrises every morning.
Yes, there are 4 TV's in this home with cable. The kids can watch
their shows or bring there game consoles while leaving 3 more TV's
for the adults. Full size washer and dryer on main level.
From the front of this home there are long range views of Bluff
Mountain and the Cumberland Gap similar to those found in the
Shenandoah's.
This home is 30 minutes from Douglas Lake. You have free use of our
launch at Gator Point Marina if you want to stay in Pigeon Forge
but still bring your boat. Trailer storage is available for a
nominal fee.
